Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Leader with 15+ years of experience to architect and execute high-impact digital strategies that accelerate brand dominance, demand generation, and revenue growth in the renewable energy sector.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring expertise in performance marketing, brand storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate will own the entire digital ecosystem, from customer acquisition to retention, while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Content, Email, Social, Influencer, PR) to drive brand authority, lead generation, and revenue growth.

• Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns and platforms.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI/ML, automation, and predictive analytics into marketing operations.

• Serve as the primary digital advisor to the CMO, presenting data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.


2. Performance Marketing & Growth Hacking

• Scale performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Native Ads) with CPA/ROAS optimization.

• Hyper-target B2B & B2C audiences through account-based marketing (ABM), intent-based targeting, and lookalike modeling.

• A/B test relentlessly—landing pages, ad creatives, CTAs, and funnel optimizations.

3. SEO & Organic Growth

• Technical SEO leadership (Core Web Vitals, Schema, Crawlability) to dominate SERPs for high-intent keywords.

• Content SEO strategy—oversee thought leadership blogs, pillar pages, and backlink acquisition.

• Local SEO & Google My Business (GMB) optimization for regional lead generation.

4. Data, Analytics & AI-Driven Marketing

• Advanced analytics (Google Analytics 4, Power BI, HubSpot) to track CAC, LTV, attribution modeling.

• Predictive lead scoring using CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) + marketing automation.

• AI-powered personalization (dynamic ads, email segmentation, chatbots).

5. Brand & Social Authority

• Elevate brand storytelling via video marketing (YouTube, Reels), LinkedIn thought leadership, and influencer partnerships.

• Crisis management & reputation monitoring (social listening tools like Brandwatch/Sprinklr).

6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Build and mentor a high-performance team (SEO specialists, PPC experts, content marketers, designers).

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and CX teams to align marketing with revenue goals.

• Manage external agencies (PR, creative, performance marketing) for scalable execution.


Key Skills & Competencies:

✅ 10+ years in digital marketing, with 5+ years in leadership roles (agency or in-house).

✅ Expertise in:

• Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic)

• SEO (Ahrefs/SEMrush), CRO (Hotjar/VWO), Marketing Automation (HubSpot/Marketo)

• Data Analytics (GA4, Tableau, SQL basics)

• AI in Marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, predictive analytics)

✅ Proven track record of scaling lead gen (+300% YoY) and reducing CAC.

✅ Strong business acumen—ability to link marketing efforts to revenue impact.

✅ Exceptional leadership—inspires teams, drives accountability, and fosters innovation.

Education & Certifications:

• MBA in Marketing/Digital Strategy (preferred)

• Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, SEO (Moz/Ahrefs), PMP (a plus)
