Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef with 4 to 8 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in South Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to prepare a variety of dishes.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef, preferably in South Indian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
Ability to maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail.
