Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef to join our team, with 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to prepare high-quality dishes.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to keep culinary offerings fresh.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard, meeting customer expectations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new recipes and menu ideas.
