Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Chef – Central Kitchen or any FRESHER who has the fire to make an impact in the F&B industry - to manage the preparation of veg and non-veg burger patties, burger buns, Pizzas and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations. The role requires strong hands-on cooking skills, consistency in taste and quality, and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare veg and non-veg burger patties as per Sliders & Co recipes and quality standards Handle burger bun making, Pizza including dough preparation, proofing, baking, and storage Ensure consistent taste, texture, and portion control across all batches Manage daily kitchen operations, production planning, and prep schedules Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness (FSSAI standards preferred) Monitor and track raw material usage, wastage control, and stock levels Coordinate with outlet teams for daily supply and requirements Supervise helpers/kitchen staff and guide them on processes Following company policies, food SOPs and maintaining peaceful work place strictly Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO practices for all items
