The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, maintain high hygiene standards, and consistently deliver quality dishes as per our menu and standards. ✅ Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and portion sizes Knowledge of Dosa batter, thatte Idli Batter, Medu Vada, Chutneys, Filter coffee, Khara Bhath & Kesari Bhath. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations Assist with prep work, inventory checks, and minimizing food wastage Coordinate with service staff for smooth kitchen operations Handle peak-hour service efficiently 🧠 Required Skills & Experience 1–5 years of experience as a Cook / Chef (QSR, café, or restaurant) Knowledge of [Cuisine Type – e.g., South Indian / North Indian / Continental / Multi-cuisine] Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety Team player with a positive attitude 🌟 Preferred (Good to Have) Experience in high-volume kitchens Ability to handle inventory and basic ordering Willingness to learn new recipes and processes
