Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Multi-Cuisine Chef with experience preparing a wide range of international dishes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, maintain high standards of hygiene and quality, and consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes from multiple cuisines (e.g., Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian, Middle Eastern, etc.)
• Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Minimize food waste and control costs
• Adapt recipes for dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
• Ensure timely preparation and service of meals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and international cuisines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
