Job Description

We are a growing organization providing high-quality products and services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Lead, train and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
Conduct market research to understand trends and competition
Manage negotiations, proposals, quotations, and contracts
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Management teams
Ensure excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Proven experience (3–5 years) in sales management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
Good understanding of CRM and sales tools
Leadership qualities with a result-oriented mindset
Own vehicle preferred (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
