Head Chef

We are a professional hospitality organization providing high quality food and service. We are looking for a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, manage staff, and maintain food standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design menu items as per restaurant concept
• Supervise the kitchen team and daily food preparation
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
• Manage food costing, portion control, and waste reduction
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Train and motivate kitchen staff, cooks, and helpers
• Coordinate purchasing of ingredients with suppliers
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and storage
• Develop new recipes and seasonal menu updates
• Ensure timely food service during peak hours
• Work closely with management on pricing and planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
• Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, Chinese, or Multi-Cuisine (as per requirement)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen team
• Understanding of food costing, HACCP, and hygiene standards
• Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation
