Job Description: Head ChefRole SummaryResponsible for leading the kitchen, maintaining food quality, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and update menu items and standard recipes. Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality & consistency. Train and supervise kitchen staff. Manage inventory, consumption, and wastage. Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance. Coordinate with procurement for raw materials. Track food cost, stock levels, and report kitchen performance. RequirementsExperience as Head Chef / Sous Chef in QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations. Good team management and communication skills. Understanding of food costing and inventory control.
