Role Overview: Platez59 is looking for a Continental Head Chef at BPZ in Madurai who will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, creating menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food production and service. The Head Chef will play a crucial role in maintaining food safety standards, ordering supplies, and monitoring kitchen inventory to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all culinary operations at BPZ, including menu creation and development - Manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production - Maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices in the kitchen - Order necessary supplies and monitor kitchen inventory levels - Create innovative and delicious dishes to meet customer expectations - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively Qualifications Required: - Possess skills in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Development - Demonstrate strong Leadership, Communication, and Team Management abilities - Have experience in kitchen management and culinary operations - Hold a Food Safety and Hygiene certification - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Showcase creativity and innovation in culinary work - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred - Formal culinary education or degree would be an added advantage,
