Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team at STORI by ITC Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the culinary industry and excellent cooking skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
