Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amritsar for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. Daily tasks include managing junior staff, inventory management, and ensuring quality and presentation of dishes. Collaboration with other kitchen staff and continual improvement of culinary skills are also key responsibilities. Qualifications Culinary skills in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes Experience in managing a specific section in the kitchen and leading junior staff Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Inventory management and ordering supplies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent teamwork and communication skills Formal culinary training or relevant certification is a plus Prior experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is advantageous
