Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at Taj Agra, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior staff members to achieve efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality food presentation.
