Job Description

Role Overview:

Chefs de Partie (South Indian / North Indian & Tandoor / Arabic / Chinese / Continental)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and supervise dishes in assigned section with authentic taste and presentation.
  • Train and guide Commis & Helpers, ensuring skill growth.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning, portion control, and cost management.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchase team for supplies.
  • Work closely with Sous Chef and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as CDP in reputed hotels or restaurants.
  • Specialization in one cuisine (South Indian / North Indian / Arabic / Chinese / Continental).
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards.
  • Team player with leadership and training ability.
