The role also involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, training junior staff, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Qualifications Proficiency in cooking and preparing ingredients Experience in managing a specific kitchen section and ensuring food quality Skills in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards Able to train and mentor junior kitchen staff Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
