Job Title: Server (Waiter/Waitress) Location: 12th main Indiranagar, Bangalore Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time] Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Floor Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Server to join our front-of-house team. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience to all guests by providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. --- Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive and guide them to their tables. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions regarding food and beverages. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or concerns. Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process guest payments accurately and return correct change or card receipts. Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service. Uphold the standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism at all times. --- Qualifications: Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems are an advantage.
