Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie - Continental to join our team at DoubleTree Suites By Hilton. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Conduct regular quality checks on food products and ingredients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie - Continental or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
