Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie - Continental with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist the head chef in planning menus and developing new recipes.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to perfection, meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie - Continental in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and the ability to use them safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in food preparation and presentation.
