Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie - Bakery & Pastry to join our team at Grand Hyatt, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the bakery and pastry kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality in food preparation.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie - Bakery & Pastry in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
