Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 7-12 years of experience in the culinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Western cuisine and excellent cooking skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and presentation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of Western cuisine, including French, Italian, and Spanish cooking techniques.
Excellent cooking skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
