Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Location: Raipur CG Experience: 5 to 10 Years Industry: Infrastructure / Construction / Government Projects Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: CFO / Finance Head / Director *** Immediate Joiners Are Required*** Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of experience in the infrastructure and building construction sector , particularly in government projects . The ideal candidate will handle auditing, tax planning, financial reporting, risk assessment, compliance, and financial analysis , ensuring the financial health and statutory compliance of the organization. Key Responsibilities:Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits in accordance with statutory and government norms. Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS , and other applicable laws. Liaise with auditors, government departments, and financial institutions for audits and inspections. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements , MIS reports, and budget forecasts. Analyze project costs, profitability, and variances for timely decision-making. Maintain and manage project-wise financial tracking , particularly for government-funded projects. Taxation & Planning: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize liabilities while ensuring compliance. Monitor changes in tax laws and provide strategic input on tax planning and structuring. Financial Management: Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements. Review and authorize payments, invoices, and contract terms. Monitor project billing, revenue recognition, and receivables from government departments. Risk Management & Consulting: Identify financial and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide financial consulting to project teams on cost optimization and investment decisions. Evaluate contracts and financial implications of tenders and project bids. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of government infrastructure accounting , CPWD norms, and contract accounting. Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting . In-depth understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS , and corporate laws. Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel , and accounting software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) . 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in government building construction and infrastructure projects .
