Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of financial statements and reports. Tax planning and compliance. Audit coordination and support. Budgeting and financial forecasting. Advisory on financial strategies and risk Liaise with banks for daily financial transactions and reconciliations. Prepare and submit financial documents, including CMA data and stock statements, to banks. Monitor and manage banking facilities, ensuring optimal utilization. Negotiate terms and conditions with banks for loans and other financial services. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal financial policies Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Proficiency in Income tax and gst. Strong analytical and communication skills Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
