We are expanding our operations and are looking for a skilled Chartered Accountant to strengthen our finance and compliance functions. Role Overview: The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial activities, including accounting, taxation, audits, cost management, and compliance. The role demands strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of finance and manufacturing cost structures in the FMCG sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts as per accounting standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and inter-branch transactions. Oversee accounts payable and receivable management. 2. Taxation & Compliance Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings and ensure statutory compliance. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. Prepare and maintain proper documentation for assessments and audits. 3. Costing & Budgeting Develop cost sheets for various products and monitor production costs. Prepare annual budgets and perform variance analysis. Track raw material, packaging, and operational costs to identify cost-saving opportunities. 4. Audit & Internal Controls Conduct internal financial audits and support statutory audit requirements. Implement and monitor internal control systems for inventory, cash flow, and procurement. Ensure proper documentation of all financial and compliance processes. 5. MIS & Financial Planning Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review. Support management in strategic financial planning, investment analysis, and forecasting. Provide insights on financial performance and recommend improvement areas. 6. Vendor & Bank Coordination Manage relationships with banks for loan documentation, renewals, and credit facilities. Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely payment cycles. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
