CA Qualified

* Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Audit, Accounting & Compliance

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Strong knowledge of accounting systems, processes, and auditing standards

* Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

* Leadership qualities with the ability to drive initiatives

* Willingness to travel as per business requirements (including client audits and reviews)

Roles and Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and review Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits

* Ensure accurate accounting, controlling, and reporting in Tally/SAP at all levels – Chart of

Accounts, GL, cost centers, Internal Orders, and monthly accruals

* Review, validate, and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance

* Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations, resolve open items, and finalize P&L and Balance

Sheet reporting

* Prepare month-end financial statements, forecasts, and MIS reports for management

* Identify audit findings, risks, and recommend corrective actions

Compliance & Regulatory

* Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, and other statutory

requirements

* Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory and compliance audits

* Liaise with statutory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders for compliance matters

* Ensure timely filing of returns, regulatory forms, and audit reports

Financial Planning & Business Support

* Responsible for budgeting and financial planning for the business

* Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making

* Drive cost optimization and process improvement projects

* Review and propose costing guidelines aligned with business requirements
