Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in Accounting standards, Auditing principles, and Financial Reporting
Implement and improve internal controls, systems, and processes.
Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
Strong analytical skills with experience in Financial Analysis and Data Interpretation
Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as Tally, SAP, or similar platforms
CA qualification with relevant industry experience
Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and management presentations.
Prepare NAV calculations, capital calls, and distribution notices.
Perform portfolio valuation, accruals, expense analysis, and month-end closing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP, taxation, audit standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit (Stat Audit, Internal Audit, FP&A, or similar).
Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration capabilities.
