The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, with prior experience in hospitality marketing being an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Handle and monitor all official social media accounts of Treat Hotels & Resorts and its properties. Create and execute engaging social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Ensure consistency of brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all platforms. Agency Coordination Work closely with creative and digital agencies to manage content calendars, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Review and approve content ideas, creatives, and campaign reports shared by agencies. Influencer & Collaboration Management Identify, coordinate, and manage influencers, bloggers, and content creators for collaborations. Handle end-to-end influencer engagement from outreach to on-ground hospitality coordination. Campaign Planning & Reporting Plan, design, and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals. Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
