Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Kumbhalgarh. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and guest services while maintaining impeccable customer service standards. Responsibilities include managing the receptionist team, coordinating reservations, resolving guest inquiries, and maintaining strong communication with guests and staff to provide an exceptional hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate front office teams effectively
• Experience in receptionist duties, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with managing reservations and maintaining accuracy in booking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and team collaboration
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous
