Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and creative Associate – Digital Marketing to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for executing all digital marketing activities (except performance marketing), ensuring consistent brand representation, and acting as a bridge between agencies, internal teams, and on ground teams. This role will also involve traveling to different properties for content creation, campaign execution, and on-ground coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Handle day-to-day management of all brand social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, updates).
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, look & feel across all platforms.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and drive audience interaction.
• LinkedIn & Corporate Presence
• Manage company and leadership LinkedIn profiles.
• Coordinate professional content posting, thought leadership pieces, and engagement strategies.
• Content & Coordination
• Work with agencies for content creation, creatives, videos, and influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate with unit teams to gather updates, events, and campaigns for digital amplification.
• Ensure hygiene checks and timely updates on all digital platforms.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Track and analyze performance of social media campaigns and organic content.
• Prepare weekly reports on reach, engagement, growth, and insights.
• Share improvement strategies with agencies and internal teams.

• Experience in the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury industry.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) or video editing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
