Job Description

1. Recruitment Support

Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Assist with new hire documentation and onboarding processes.

2. Employee Records Management

Track attendance, leave applications, and employee data.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, experience certificates, and memos.

3. HR Operations

Assist in organizing training sessions and meetings.
Update HR reports.

4. Employee Support

Handle basic employee inquiries about policies and procedures.
Support staff welfare activities and engagement programs.
Maintain a positive working environment through coordination and communication.

5. Policy & Compliance Support

Ensure HR processes align with company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance guidelines.
Assist in preparing reports for audits and inspections.

Skills & Qualifications

Preferably Bachelors degree in Hotel Management and MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of HR functions and labor regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
