2. To conduct staffing procedure of new join employees, Joining formalities, Induction and training
3. To prepare and maintain all on roll employees Leave / Attendance entries and keep
record updation for salary processing.
4. To ensure monthly muster updating & leave, Gate pass, OD Pass records keeping for
Salary Calculation Purpose.
5. To maintain the cleaning record of primary shoes.
6.To ensure and maintain the record of pest control activity.
8. To maintain documentation of HR SOPs as well as communication with QA Dept.
as per following SOP details.
To ensure Entry & Exit Procedure for Gents and Ladies Employees.
Recruitment Procedure of Employee.
To ensure and verify Personal Hygiene of employees.
To ensure and maintain the Cleaning in production and Admiration block.
To ensure the Employees Medical Checkup.
To ensure and maintain the Procedure of Issuance, Collection,
Cleaning & Storage of Garment.
To ensure Working of Security Department.
