2. Set up machine parameters for different products and batches.
3. Perform changeovers, tooling, and format part adjustments as per batch requirements.
4. Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth, continuous operation.
1. Ensure packing is performed as per approved batch packing records (BPRs).
2. Check blister sealing quality, batch coding, batch number, and expiry details.
3. Conduct in-process checks (e.g., leak test, blister integrity, pack appearance).
4. Report deviations or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
1. Carry out minor maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines.
2. Assist maintenance personnel in breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
3. Ensure all tools and accessories are maintained in good condition.
1. Record all machine operations, cleaning, and changeover activities in BMR/BPR.
2. Maintain logbooks, equipment usage records, and other GMP documents accurately.
