Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager located in Delhi ,to optimize and maximize sales through indirect channels such as distributors, resellers, and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our products and services effectively while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: ● Developing & Managing Channel Partnerships: β—‹ Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. β—‹ Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with existing partners. ● Ensuring Partner Success: β—‹ Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners. β—‹ Equip partners with the tools and knowledge needed for effective sales execution. ● Monitoring Channel Performance: β—‹ Analyze sales data and partner performance. β—‹ Identify improvement areas and implement optimization strategies. ● Managing Lead Generation & Deal Registration: β—‹ Collaborate with partners to identify and qualify potential leads. β—‹ Oversee the deal registration process to streamline partner engagement. ● Cross-Department Coordination: β—‹ Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams. β—‹ Align strategies to ensure cohesive market outreach and partner support. ● Developing & Implementing Channel Marketing Strategies: β—‹ Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored for channel partners. β—‹ Drive awareness and visibility of products/services through indirect sales channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Proven experience in channel management, sales partnerships, or business development. Strong understanding of indirect sales strategies and partner ecosystems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for growth. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales and working with distributors or resellers. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
