Job Description

Profile:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional with 4–5 years of experience in center operations,and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the center, drive student enrollments, manage staff and vendors, and uphold high service standards across all functions.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong background in center operations, preferably in an education or training setup.
  • Proven ability in administration, marketing, and student engagement.
  • Confident in handling inquiries, calls, and lead conversions.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Data-driven and systematic, ensuring proper reporting and record management.
  • Capable of managing teams, vendors, and day-to-day center requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the center, ensuring all departments operate smoothly.
  • Maintain optimal center occupancy through effective scheduling and resource utilization.
  • Manage infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, and logistics for uninterrupted operations.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and service coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to center policies, safety, and quality standards.

Student Enrollment & Customer Engagement:

  • Manage the entire student enrollment process, from inquiry to registration.
  • Supervise and support the front office in handling leads and walk-ins.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions.
  • Deliver an excellent student experience, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

Marketing & Reporting:

  • Take ownership of marketing initiatives — from local promotions to digital campaigns.
  • Track and analyze inquiry and enrollment data, ensuring accuracy in reports.
  • Maintain performance dashboards for review by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 4–5 years of experience in center, branch, or operations management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
