German Language Trainer & Academic Head

We are looking for a C1-certified German Language Trainer with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality German language training while leading and guiding our team of trainers to ensure all programs align with CEFR standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver German language training from beginner to advanced (A1–C1)
• Mentor, train, and evaluate German language instructors
• Lead curriculum design and syllabus development
• Oversee student assessments and exam preparation
• Coordinate with management on academic planning and quality assurance
• Promote innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools
• Represent the institute in academic audits and institutional reviews

Requirements:

• C1 certification (mandatory)
• 3–5 years of German language teaching experience
• Proven mentoring or teacher-training background
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to be based in Kochi and Kannur centres
