Center Manager

Responsibilities
Manage the office, the employees and the Resident Representatives. Ensure that the office is running effectively, efficiently and in a cost effective manner. Provide support to the Resident Representatives. Maintain a close working relationship with Resident Representatives. Ensure that business operations and activities carried out at the office are aligned to the company’s various business strategies. Ensure that all business operations and activities are in line with regulations. Monitor and appraise all reporting employees. Responsible for the sales of the region under his charge. Contribute to the planning and developing of business strategies of HCMI Education. Collaborate and work closely with other functions of HCMI Education. Requirements
Graduate degree in Business Administration with Major in Marketing will be an advantage Minimum 2-4 years of Work Experience Results-oriented, analytical, independent with strong communication skills Willing to travel
