Category/Revenue Manager - UK ( From Tier 1 or Similar Colleges Only)

• Own revenue delivery for set of 3 and 4 star hotels in the UK.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and forecast revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align revenue goals.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to leadership.
• Manage inventory and availability to optimize sales across various channels.
• Evaluate and adjust promotional activities to ensure maximum profitability.
• Conduct regular audits of revenue systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize channel mix with focus on brand website contribution.
• Collaborate with Hotel GMs to improve guest experience and direct business of corporates, groups, tours and MICE.
• Train and mentor junior revenue managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and hands on experience with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround time.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue management principles.
• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy in presentations and reports.
