The role focuses on optimising costs, ensuring timely procurement, and building reliable supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and develop new VMC and CNC vendors to expand the supplier base. Negotiate pricing and terms to reduce BOM (Bill of Materials) costs by at least 10% without compromising on quality. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate material and component requirements. Handle purchase orders, quotations, and vendor follow-ups for timely delivery. You’ll work directly with the founders to create visuals, content, and campaigns that reflect the brand’s voice, professional yet modern, global yet rooted in India. This role blends creativity and storytelling, perfect for someone who enjoys design, social media, and the excitement of building a brand from scratch. What You’ll Do Create, design, and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram . Develop clean, engaging creatives aligned with RemDesk’s visual identity. Assist in planning and executing content calendars around startup, hiring, and remote work themes. Write concise, thoughtful captions that align with the brand tone. Support ongoing marketing campaigns and help with design tasks for decks and presentations. Research startup and remote work trends to generate new content ideas.
