About the Role This is an opening at RemDesk (Not one of our clients) We’re looking for a motivated Partnerships Intern to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding startup partners across the US and other global markets, helping us expand Remdesk’s footprint internationally. What You’ll Do Prospect, reach out to, and onboard potential partner companies in the global market Connect with decision-makers, managers, and founders through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels Assist our supply department in matching the right candidates to the right partner companies Research and identify potential startup partners in key markets Support in crafting outreach strategies, partnership pitches, and communication frameworks Work directly with the founding team to refine sales and growth strategies What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset Interest in startups, global hiring, and business development Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Final-year college students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Self-driven, curious, and eager to contribute from day one What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience working directly with founders and early-stage startups across borders Deep understanding of international B2B sales and business development Opportunity to learn how remote work and global hiring ecosystems operate Competitive stipend with substantial performance-based incentives 3-month internship with the potential for a pre-placement offer
