As the Animal Husbandry expert with an M.Sc. in animal husbandry, you will be leading the project from inception to full-scale operations. Your role will involve managing all aspects of the project, including infrastructure development, operations, comprehensive animal health management, and welfare. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing project plans, managing budgets, ensuring timely progress, overseeing facility design and operations to meet regulatory standards, recruiting and leading a skilled team, integrating modern farming technologies and sustainable practices for efficiency, monitoring livestock health and well-being, implementing vaccination programs, diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting surgeries when necessary, and promoting modern Organic & Natural farming methods.
