Key Responsibilities & KRAs

• Market & Competitive Analysis: Deliver quarterly market analysis reports identifying key trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
• Product/Curriculum Development: Maintain up-to-date product documentation, incorporating feedback and best practices.
• Product Portfolio Management: Develop and implement a product roadmap outlining new launches, enhancements, and sunsetting of underperforming products.
• Budget Management: Manage the budget within allocated limits and provide regular budget vs. actual reports.
• Revenue & Profitability: Achieve target revenue and profitability margins for each product category.
• Vendor and Educator Management: Maintain a roster of qualified and vetted vendors with clearly defined SLAs and performance metrics.
• Technology Integration: Implement at least one new technology solution per year to enhance product delivery and customer experience.
• Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and forecasts for each product category.

Requirements

Skills:

• Category Management Expertise: Deep understanding of category management principles and best practices.
• Market Research & Analysis: Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify market trends and opportunities.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to launch to maturity and decline.
• Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills. Ability to analyze P&L statements and make data-driven decisions.
• Educator Management: Proven ability to identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors/partners to ensure high-quality service and favorable terms.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and report generation. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate market changes.
• Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and influence vendor behavior.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
