About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a strategic and driven Category Manager to own sourcing, vendor relationships, and growth for high-impact categories: Home Decor | Furniture | Lighting | Furnishings | Kitchen & Dining | Sanitaryware | Hardware | Electronics & Electricals

What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify and onboard suppliers and manufacturers across key home interior categories

✅ Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and product quality benchmarks

✅ Optimize catalog selection, margins, and product pricing strategies

✅ Track and analyze category sales, inventory, and customer trends

✅ Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, offers, and content

✅ Ensure seamless coordination with logistics and operations teams

✅ Stay updated on interior trends and competitor strategies

What You Bring:

🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or Marketing

🧠 2–4 years in category management, merchandising, or sourcing (interior/home product domains preferred)

📊 Proficient in Excel, analytics, and negotiation

🛍️ A sharp eye for product quality, pricing, and market trends
