Job Description

Conduct regular dealer and market visits to gather on-ground insights.
Prepare detailed visit reports with competitor benchmarking (pricing, product comparisons, etc.) and actionable recommendations.
Lead and facilitate New Product Council meetings with key internal stakeholders.
Deliver Gate Stage briefings as per defined formats, ensuring clear articulation of product and pricing benchmarks along with strategic rationale.
Drive achievement of gross margin contribution and overall category sales targets, ensuring a healthy and sustainable category P&L.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans; regularly review and monitor category sales performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop monthly production plans in coordination with manufacturing teams.
Monitor weekly variances between production and sales; escalate and resolve any issues in coordination with Sales and Manufacturing functions.
Design and launch dealer schemes to drive engagement and sales.
Recommend pricing strategies based on market analysis and business objectives.
Create and implement liquidation plans for dead stock and non-moving inventory.
Prepare comprehensive launch and placement plans for new products in collaboration with sales leaders.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to build compelling product launch narratives and communication plans.
Prepare and present monthly category performance reports, including updates on new product development and progress against KPIs.
