As a Category Manager for One Day Exams at our company, you will play a crucial role in owning and driving the complete strategy, content, and growth for India's largest mass exam segments, including SSC, Banking, Railways, and State-level exams. Key Responsibilities: - Define the vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for the One Day Exams vertical. - Take ownership of the P&L, revenue targets, and ROI of the category. - Curate, review, and expand high-quality study materials, including notes, mock tests, quizzes, and video content. - Build and manage partnerships with top educators, institutes, and subject matter experts across subjects like Quant, Reasoning, English, and General Awareness. - Oversee regional language adaptation to ensure accessibility and curriculum alignment across states. - Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and academic associates to maintain high academic standards. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns, webinars, and interactive workshops. - Drive student engagement through Telegram, YouTube, and influencer-led communities. - Utilize analytics, exam patterns, and student feedback to enhance product relevance and performance. - Continuously innovate and improve offerings to maximize student outcomes and success rates. Requirements: - Strong background in One Day Exams (as a mentor, educator, content head, or ex-aspirant with deep subject expertise). - Proven experience in content management and product growth within the education or test-prep domain. - Passion for student success and familiarity with evolving exam trends. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead teams and scale operations. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).,
