Catchment Sales Manager

As a motivated and well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, your role overview will involve managing store operations SOPs and handling customer queries and escalations. You will be responsible for ensuring network expansion and timely installations by coordinating with market planning and project teams, as well as tracking performance and governing a large off-roll team (7-12 members). Key Responsibilities: - Manage store operations SOPs. - Handle customer queries and escalations. - Coordinate with market planning and project teams for network expansion and timely installations. - Track performance and govern a large off-roll team (7-12 members). - Understand market demographics and increase market visibility through BTL activities as per customer segments. - Maintain good relationships with residential and market associations to drive rollout and generate business. - Increase upselling and cross-selling to new and existing customers. - Manage broadband and network knowledge, inventory, and possess an analytical mindset with basic MS Office skills. - Drive for results and execution, taking ownership of excellence and influencing to build and maintain relationships.
