Job Description

As a motivated and well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, your role overview will involve managing store operations SOPs, handling customer queries and escalations, ensuring network expansion and timely installations by coordinating with market planning and project team, and tracking and governing a large off-roll team (7-12 members). You will also be responsible for online lead management, understanding market demographics, increasing market visibility through BTL activities as per customer segments, maintaining good relationships with residential and market associations, driving rollout, and generating business by increasing upselling and cross-selling to new and existing customers. Additionally, your role will require broadband and network knowledge, inventory management skills, an analytical mindset, basic MS Office proficiency, a drive for results and execution, excellence ownership, influencing abilities, and the capability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
