About the role: The Catalog and Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the product catalog and analyzing business operations to drive efficiency and growth. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the online product catalog is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for performance. This position will also support business analysis by providing insights into sales, market trends, and operational metrics. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end catalog management process, including creating, updating, and maintaining product listings. Manage product listings and merchandising across company website, app and POS. Coordinate with the business team to ensure product launches, promotions, and campaigns are accurately reflected in the catalog. Monitor and analyze catalog performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize key findings and support decision-making processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements in catalog management, operations, and customer experience. Document business requirements, processes, and data flow to ensure clear communication across teams. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience as a Catalog Executive, preferably in the fashion industry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and content management systems (CMS). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic image editing tools. Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends is a plus. Understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the online shopping experience. Show more Show less
