Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Catalogue Management: Upload and maintain product information (descriptions, images, specifications, prices) on the company's website or third-party platforms. Regularly update product listings to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, and promotions. Ensure the catalogue is aligned with brand guidelines and platform standards. Content Optimization: Write compelling and SEO-friendly product descriptions. Optimize product titles, and metadata for searchability. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of the product catalogue to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. Monitor and resolve product listing issues reported by internal teams or customers. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze product performance metrics such as views, clicks, conversions, and sales. Generate reports on catalogue performance and provide actionable insights. Process Improvement: Identify areas for automation or efficiency in the catalogue management process. Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend new tools or techniques. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
