· 👋 Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and online inquiries
· 🧭 Conduct tele-counselling to guide students to the right course
· 📞 Generate new inquiries via cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups
· 🎯 Achieve monthly admission targets through structured follow-up
· 🗂️ Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission data using CRM/internal systems
· 🤝 Build strong relationships and ensure a positive enrollment experience
✔️ Strong persuasion, negotiation & follow-up skills
✔️ Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses
✔️ Basic computer literacy & familiarity with CRM tools
✔️ Self-driven, energetic, and team-oriented
🚫 School or college admission counselling
🚫 Psychological counselling or therapy roles
🚫 Teaching / academic instruction roles
· Bachelor’s degree in any field (BE/BTech/BCA/B.Sc preferred)
· Diploma/Certification in Sales, Marketing, Counselling is a plus
· Knowledge of IT/tech courses or industry trends will be an added advantage
