Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Kozhikode. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, addressing client concerns, and working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
