Job Description

The Campaign Manager will plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the campaign, from initial research and strategy development through to creative briefing, execution and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with design, content, sales and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on tracking performance, analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, etc. ) and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will need to optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI, as well as manage budgets, timelines and resources. Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills are essential. You should also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities


  • Plan, develop, and execute cross-channel (digital, social, email and offline) marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of a campaign from strategy development and creative briefing through to execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales, and product to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all marketing channels are on-brand and compliant with all internal and external regulations.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports for stakeholders.


Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email Marketing tools etc.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. 
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)



Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising. 

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Experience with B2B/B2C campaign management.
