Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and able to translate client objectives into high-performing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, set up, and execute campaigns across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising platforms. Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring KPIs (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are being met. Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency. Prepare and share detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth communication with advertisers. Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly. Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Work closely with internal teams (sales, account management, analytics) to drive campaign success. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in campaign management (Programmatic / UA / Digital Advertising). Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization. Hands-on experience with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
